Low calorie recipes for fat loss.
If you want to lose fat, it's important to know that exercise is only half of what you need to do. The other half is what you eat. Below are 3 recipes to help you lose fat, they consist of lower calorie foods.
Greek Salad
Serves 6
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup slices sweet onion
2 medium cucumbers peeled and cut into
wedges
8 ounces feta cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Combine ingredients and serve immediately.
Carbohydrates: 9g
Protein: 9g
Fat: 5g
Calories: 240
Lemon-Dill Shrimp
Serves 4
2lbs large shrimp
Juice of 3 lemons
4 tablespoons Mrs. Dash
12 sprigs fresh dill, coarsely chopped
Preheat broiler.
Rinse shrimp and put in single layer in a
broiling pan.
Pour lemon juice over shrimp and sprinkle
with Mrs. Dash.
Broil 5-6 inches away from heat for 6-8
minutes, turning several times until shrimp
is cooked.
Remove shrimp from broiler and scatter dill
over it.
Cover the pan for 3 minutes to allow
the flavors to combine.
Serve immediately.

Vegetable Salad
Serves 6
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large cucumber peeled and sliced
1 carrot, shredded
2/3 cup diced orange bell pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
Your favorite vinaigrette dressing
Combine everything in a large bowl, drizzle dressing, toss and serve.

Protein: 1g
Fat: 7g
Calories: 80
