Spartan Boxing Workout

Get Fit at Home with the

Spartan Health
and Fitness Program

Boxing and MMA barbell and bodyweight workout.

Workout Information
Equipment: Barbell
Type: Timed Circuit
Rotations: 4-5
Rest: 45 seconds
between circuits, none between exercises.
Body Parts: Full Body
Aim: Punching speed & power, Core stability, conditioning.

Workout Details
Barbell Punch Press - 15 seconds each arm
Barbell Lever Row - 15 seconds each arm
Barbell Lever Twist - 30 seconds
Hindu Push Up - 30 seconds
Plank - 30 seconds
Side Plank - 15 seconds each side

Finish with: Mountain Climbers - Tabata Protocol

Tabata Protocol is performing 20 seconds all out, then Resting for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 times / 4 minutes.
